These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the services provided through it. By using this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Offered
Jillian Haslam offers professional speaking, training, and coaching services delivered:

In person (face-to-face) at client-selected venues,

Virtually via approved platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.),

One-on-one or group sessions as agreed upon in advance.
These services are designed to build resilience, empower individuals, enhance leadership, and support professional and personal development across diverse sectors and demographics.
2. Booking and Payment Terms

No upfront payment is required at the time of initial inquiry or provisional booking.

A binding contract must be signed by both parties before any engagement is confirmed.

In the event of a client cancellation 30 calendar days or less before the scheduled event, full payment will be required.

All engagements are subject to the specific terms outlined in the signed contract, which shall prevail in case of conflict with these general terms.
3. Product Sales and Delivery
Book Orders (including A Voice Out of Poverty, The Irrepressible Mind, and other works by Jillian Haslam):

All products will be shipped via postal services to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Jillian Haslam will not be held liable for any delays, losses, or mis-deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses.

Proof of postage will be provided for all shipments.

If a product arrives damaged, the customer must provide clear photographic or video evidence within 7 calendar days of receipt in order to receive a replacement or refund.

All refunds for physical products are subject to mutual agreement between the buyer and Jillian Haslam.
4. Cancellations and Refunds (Services)

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable).

Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of the scheduled service date will not incur charges.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event will be subject to full payment as per the contract.

If Jillian Haslam is unable to deliver the agreed service, a full refund will be issued or an alternative engagement will be proposed, subject to client approval.

Service-related refunds will be governed strictly by the signed agreement and require joint confirmation by both parties.
5. Liability Disclaimer

Jillian Haslam is not responsible for technological failures, third-party platform interruptions, or unforeseen issues that arise during virtual sessions beyond her control.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the functionality of their own equipment and internet connectivity for all online sessions.

Jillian Haslam disclaims liability for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content including but not limited to speeches, training materials, presentations, coaching strategies, and publications remain the intellectual property of Jillian Haslam and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, or distributed without explicit written consent.

11. Refund Policy
Unless expressly agreed in writing by both parties, all payments are non-refundable. By engaging Jillian Haslam’s services or purchasing any products through this website, the client acknowledges and accepts that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except as specifically outlined in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
